Uncle looked at her in surprise and asked: "Who?"

我问：“那我去哪儿找？”

注5.6-2，怎么这位白科长说话十分地严谨？不说有，也不说没有。我认为这个新政策确实是 “不是有，也不是没有”，因为4.5节《报纸新闻 https://web.6parkbbs.com/index.php?app=forum&act=view&tid=3586236》里的那种警察和后文第七章中我的国务院警察室友就有给出这种特殊新政策的特权。白科长这句话应该是刘团长拿捏出来的，话中有话。
