美团外卖30城“必点榜”榜单揭晓,重庆人“最爱吃火锅”

4月26日,美团外卖在北京、上海、深圳、长沙、天津、广州、西安、成都、武汉、南京、重庆、杭州、苏州、东莞、佛山、郑州、宁波、昆明、合肥、无锡、福州、沈阳、济南、青岛、长春、南宁、哈尔滨、厦门、贵阳、大连等30个城市正式发布2024外卖“必点榜”,共计来自3391个品牌的一万多家品质餐厅入选。消费者打开美团或美团外卖App搜索“必点榜”,即可看到所在城市的完整榜单。


作为基于用户真实评价的外卖美食榜单,美团外卖必点榜秉承“发现身边的好味道”的初心,坚持公正评选,甄选出深受本地人喜爱的外卖餐饮品牌。在上榜餐厅中,既有各个城市的线下排队王,也有万中选一的黑珍珠餐厅,从地方特色菜、异国料理、咖啡甜品到烤串精酿,帮助消费者发现身边的美味,满足不同场景下对品质外卖的多样化追求。


美团外卖“必点榜”相关负责人表示:“异地旅游、出差正在成为新的外卖点餐场景。”调研显示,消费者在异地点餐时更看重本地特色,对本地榜单有一定需求。今年的外卖必点榜选择在五一黄金周前发布,也是考虑到五一出行时的异地点单需求,希望旅途中的消费者也能轻松发现当地好吃的。此外,今年的美团外卖“必点榜”呈现出更加多元化的美食选择,除正餐餐厅外,甜品、饮品、点心等日常小吃也加入其中,既有百元的海鲜,也有二十元的点心,为消费者提供丰富选择。

为更好满足小长假期间消费者的就餐需求,美团外卖也将在4月29日至5月5日推出“必点榜”五一专题活动,消费者浏览榜单即有机会领取最高20元大额体验券,消费满188元有机会获得必点榜周边礼品,数量有限,先到先得。消费者也可直接在美团/美团外卖App搜索“五一必点”,直达活动更便捷。



异地点餐需求升温 三成“必点榜”浏览者为异地用户


据统计,2023年跨城出游人次超过100亿次,平均每人跨城出游7次,其中,“五一”出游人次达2.74亿,今年有望继续攀升。随着跨城出行的增加,人们对于异地点餐的需求也逐渐升温。社交平台上,也有很多用户发帖表示,酒店点外卖已经成为当代年轻人的新式旅游方式之一。调研显示,无论是出差还是出游,消费者在异地点餐时更需要本地特色榜单,希望了解更多本地人爱吃的特色菜。


美团外卖数据显示,去年“十一”小长假期间,“必点榜”页面的访问、交易均相比节前有显著增长,榜单浏览者中有三成为异地用户。此外,异地用户的人均榜单浏览时长高于本地用户约10%,这意味着“必点榜”榜单,正在成为越来越多用户的外卖异地决策工具。

“每次出差时间紧张,又想尝尝当地特色,好几次都是直接在酒店打开必点榜对着榜单点的。今年‘五一’也准备出去玩几天,但是估计大概率又是躺酒店点外卖了,还好有必点榜,可以帮我节省一些筛选的时间。”北京的白领李女士告诉记者。

火锅之城实至名归 家家都有独到配方


从上榜品类看,今年的必点榜可谓百花齐放。中式正餐依旧占据主导地位,占比达59.0%,中式正餐又以川菜、湘菜和粤菜最受大家欢迎。其中,鲜辣的川菜已成功出川,成为榜单中16城的TOP3菜系,以上海、杭州为代表的“甜口”派,以及以广州、东莞为代表的“鲜口”派也爱上川菜。近年来在北京、上海等地引发关注的川菜品牌椒爱水煮鱼也入选了榜单。川菜似乎大有席卷全国之势,让人忍不住想问中国有吃不到川菜的城市吗?


从“必点榜”中也不难看出,咖啡文化正在多座城市中蓬勃发展。不论是作为北方文化代表城市的西安,还是江南水乡的杭州、南京,都蕴含着很深的咖啡文化。此次“必点榜”中,咖啡更是登上17座城市的TOP3菜系。如今,咖啡已经不再局限于特定地区或人群,逐渐成为现代都市生活中不可或缺的一部分。有去年就登上榜单的品质代表“LAVAZZA拉瓦萨咖啡”,也有新晋入选的小而美“In Tree Coffee樹里咖啡”。

除了正餐、咖啡外,本次榜单也收录了不少点心、小吃店,满足更多消费者“小吃小喝”的需求。新上榜的点心店“有间质果”郑洋经理表示:“上榜美团外卖必点榜,一方面,是平台对我们品牌的认可;另一方面,上榜必点榜对品牌而言也是责任,我们将积极配合必点榜,在线上线下做好门店服务,让消费者有更好的就餐体验。”


在重庆榜单中,火锅的上榜品牌最多,重庆成为“最爱吃火锅的城市”。重庆的火锅店遍布全市,从街边的小店到高档的餐厅:李富贵滑肉火锅、谭英雄鱼头火锅、和记山城美蛙鱼府等,每一家都有自己的特色和秘方,食客们通过外卖能够品尝不同口味的火锅。小酥肉、脆毛肚、鲜鸭血、嫩牛肉等新鲜食材配上鲜辣的红油,让食客们食欲大开。


上榜商家流量暴涨3成,新客效应显著


帮助用户做出更多决策的同时,榜单也为商家带来了更多新客和增长。数据显示,自去年发榜后,上榜商家线上曝光量平均增长30%,交易用户数增长16%,交易中新用户数增长22%。


去年上榜的“佬麻雀餐厅”曝光增加明显。“外卖渠道上榜必点榜后,我们的曝光量上涨了3成,不仅是线上门店外观上配合必点榜做了升级,我们的包装上也结合了必点榜做了体验升级,很多顾客线上消费体验好了以后还来线下进行消费,实现了从线上到线下的转化,让我们‘线上+线下’的双主场都获得了很好的销量。”佬麻雀餐饮集团负责人蒋玲表示,“上榜必点榜对外卖新客的选择有重要的引导作用,我们的新用户数量在上榜后有了明显增长,远超同区域同品类其他餐厅。”
