Tanngnjóstr, also known as Alviss Modi and German, sought help from Freya after returning to his country. Freya (see Figure 15.3.7-35, 36) is a member of the Goat Vehicle creation and the godmother of Thrud (also known as Tanngrisnir). In fact, after Tanngnjóstr's mentor Frey passed away, she has been secretly observing and taking care of Tanngnjóstr. Figure 35 shows that Freya is taking care of the life of the dwarf Alviss. The pig in Figure 36 represents Tanngnjóstr, who is dressed as Freya's guard and always follows her. The large number of belts or ropes in the picture represent Thor's belt (that is, the theoretical clue of the story of the Goat Vehicle Religion; that is the rope on the right side of figure 15) , indicating that Thor spent his life's efforts to tie up this pig (that is, Tanngnjóstr), and now that the pig is tamed, Thor's belt is tied into a bundle and put aside.
1 芙蕾雅的愤怒 Freya's Anger
雷音过世后，芙蕾雅发现埃尔维斯在被雷音的 “三个不可饶恕的诅咒” 击中后，存活了下来，而且情绪也恢复正常了，回来找紫蕗德报仇了！来打她的屁股！于是她去向代理国王紫蕗德汇报。
After Thor's death, Freya discovered that Alviss survived after being hit by Thor's "three unforgivable curses" and his emotions returned to normal. He came back to seek revenge on Thrud! To spank her! So, Freya went to report to the acting king Thrud.
芙蕾雅向她的教女紫蕗德报告说：“圣人埃尔维斯从地狱里回来了！我觉着我们应该继续你爸爸雷音造羊乘的计划，举行你和埃尔维斯的婚礼！”
Freya reported to her goddaughter Thrud: "Sage Alviss has returned from hell! I think we should continue your father Thor's plan of Goat Vehicle Creation to hold your wedding with Alviss!"
紫蕗德，又名磨牙，惊讶地回答：“你找到他了，好事！我听说真龙天子比任何一支军队都强大，给他一支军队，那我们的一支军队就变成了两支！”
Thrud, also known as Tanngrisnir, replied in surprise: "You found him, good news! I heard that the son of True Dragon is more powerful than any army. If we give him one army, then our one army will become two!"
芙蕾雅立刻变得怒不可遏，说：“我不同意你这辈子任何时候送埃尔维斯去战争前线！他是你爷爷奥丁、你爸爸雷音、弗雷、我芙蕾雅、和你紫蕗德等许多神花了600年时间（注，埃尔维斯堕入地狱的劫难被换算成了五百年）造出来的德国人的社稷。有埃尔维斯在，雷音就存在；雷音存在，德意志共产帝国就屹立不倒！”
Freya immediately became furious and said: "I don't agree with you sending Alviss to the war front at any time in your life! He is your grandfather Odin, your father Thor, Frey, and me Freya took 600 years (note, 500 years are converted from the catastrophe of Alviss falling into hell) for many gods, including you Thrud to create the German Ancestral Temple. If Alviss stands, Thor will exist; Thor exists, German Commonwealth Empire will stand!”
紫蕗德被芙蕾雅的激烈反应震惊了，回答：“我已经（和牛郎）有了三个儿子（私生子）。埃尔维斯他小心眼儿，做事津津计较，习惯于复仇。我们怎么能把王位交给他那么个傻子！（那我就前途堪忧了！如图37）。而且他没有政治领导人的工作经验。即便是德意志共产帝国建立了，也不能持续长久！”
Thrud was shocked by Freya's fierce reaction and replied: "I already have three (illegitimate) sons (with Cowboy). Alviss is narrow-minded, calculating, and accustomed to revenge. How can we hand over the throne to such a dumb as him! (Then my future is worrying! As shown in figure 37). Moreover, he has no experience as a political leader. Even if German Commonwealth Empire is established, it will not last long!"
芙蕾雅大叫：“奥丁、雷音、和弗雷都成功地完成了他们的使命，并且为此牺牲了。如果我不能完成我的使命，那我对我为此失去的儿子、侄子、以及很多亲戚朋友有罪，我对还没建立的德意志共产帝国有罪，对无数的德意志共产帝国后人不能被生出来有罪，我对人类文明有罪，就相当于我杀了雷音。紫蕗德，你应该对你父亲雷音做出牺牲，继续他的计划，否则我就是罪有应得！你爷爷奥丁在他的坟墓里打滚呢！你爸爸雷音的一只脚蹬破了棺材板，伸出来了！我已经老了，忍受不了他们的愤怒！”
Freya shouted: "Odin, Thor, and Frey all successfully completed their missions and sacrificed their lives for it. If I cannot complete my mission, then I am guilty of my son, nephews, and many relatives and friends I lost because of this, guilty to German Commonwealth Empire can not be established, guilty to countless Germanic descendants cannot be born, guilty to the human civilization, which is equivalent to me killing Thor. Thrud, you should make a sacrifice to your father Thor, to continuously execute his plan, otherwise I committed the crimes what I deserve. Your grandfather Odin is rolling in his grave! One of your father Thor's feet broke the coffin board and stuck out! I am too old to bear their anger!"
当紫蕗德听到“芙蕾雅说对她自己儿子，YYY的死感觉有罪”，立刻没有辩解的勇气了，怎么回事？YYY死于半年前，紫蕗德自己做的一个 “造王的计划” 。传说，芙蕾雅曾三次安排人帮助她的儿子YYY，一次是在暴乱发生的两年之前，一次在暴乱发生的半年之前，一次在暴乱发生的三个月之前。当暴乱发生时，YYY没有采纳顾问给出的建议，错误地估计了形势，在暴乱开始时就被杀死了。三路援军很快都赶到后，那场暴乱半天就扑灭了。
When Thrud heard that "Freya said she felt guilty for her own son, YYY's death", she immediately lost the courage to defend herself. What happened? YYY died half a year ago, in a "king-making plan" made by Thrud herself. Legend has it that Freya arranged for people to help her son YYY three times, once two years before the riot, once half a year before the riot, and once three months before the riot. When the riot broke out, YYY did not adopt the advice given by the consultant, misjudged the situation, and was killed when the riot began. After the three reinforcements arrived quickly, the riot was extinguished in half a day.
紫蕗德认同芙蕾雅说她自己已经很老了，经不起争吵生气的说法，回答说：“埃尔维斯现在在哪儿呢？我想去慰问他。”读者可能会问，这时芙蕾雅多大岁数了？中国佛学会根据许多金童和玉女（即亚当和夏娃）的故事计算出，释迦摩尼（即睚眦）的觉悟年龄是38.7岁。本文设定此时的睚眦和磨牙的年龄是39岁。芙蕾雅比雷音年轻很多，而雷音又把天道轮回守护者的责任委托给了她，所以本文设定此时的芙蕾雅是60岁左右。
Thrud agreed with Freya's statement that she was too old to stand up to quarrels and anger, replied: "Where is Alviss now? I want to visit him." Readers may ask, how old is Freya at this time? The Chinese Buddhist Association calculated based on many stories of the Golden Boy and the Jade Girl (i.e. Adam and Eve) that the age of Shakyamuni (i.e. Tanngnjóstr) when he was enlightened was 38.7 years old. This article sets the age of Tanngnjóstr and Tanngrisnir at 39 years old. Freya is much younger than Thor, and Thor entrusted her with the responsibility of the guardian of the Godly Cycle, so this article sets Freya at around 60 years old at this time.
芙蕾雅心想，“省省你的善心吧！当你听说埃尔维斯回来了，第一件事你想要做的就是如何谋杀他，” 回答说：“新郎和新娘在结婚前几天不能见面，老规矩不能变！再说，你以前见过他很多次了。不过经过地狱之火和神火（即马格尼）的洗礼之后，埃尔维斯已经变成了金刚睚眦，成熟了，更具有魅力了！” 
Freya thought, "Forget your kindness! When you heard Alviss was back, the first thing you wanted to do was to murder him," replied, "The bride and groom cannot see each other a few days before the wedding. The old rules cannot be changed! Besides, you have seen him many times before. But after the baptism of hellfire and God-fire (i.e. Magni), Alviss has become “Eight-Great-Philosopher-Stone Giant”, mature and more charming!"
 
2 紫蕗德的反应 Thrud's Reactions
话说就在芙蕾雅去向代理国王紫蕗德汇报，刚离开家，她的家里来了一伙儿人。这伙人自称是国王的卫兵，是来接芙蕾雅家里的客人去见国王紫蕗德的。芙蕾雅家里的卫兵回答：“什么客人，我们不知道，去问问。”一位卫兵说：“是有个很特别的客人，芙蕾雅不允许陌生人去打搅他。”芙蕾雅的卫兵就去向家里的佣人询问。
Just when Freya went to report to the acting king Thrud and left home, a group of people came to her house. They claimed to be the king's guards and came to take the guest from Freya's house to see King Thrud. The guards at Freya's house replied: "We don't know what guests, go and ask." One guard said: "There is a very special guest, and Freya does not allow strangers to disturb him." Freya's guards went to ask the servants at home.
芙蕾雅的佣人告诉卫兵：“芙蕾雅说过，不许陌生人去打搅他，不许惹他生气。做什么事，要他自己同意才行。除了国王，别人谁要接他走，要他自己同意才行。”
自称的国王卫兵说：“看来就是他了，快让他跟我们走，国王在等着呢！”
Freya's servant told the guards, "Freya said no strangers were to disturb him or make him angry. What he does, he does only with his own consent. Anyone else but the king who wants to pick him up has to do it with his own consent."
The self-proclaimed king's guards said, "Looks like it's him, get him to come with us, the king is waiting!"
芙蕾雅家的卫兵回答：“不行！你们都听到了芙蕾雅的交代了，我们不能把客人交给你们！”
自称的国王卫兵说：“我们有人认识他，让他去见见那位客人，看看他愿不愿意跟我们走？”
The guards of Freya's house replied, "No way! You all heard Freya's instruction, we can't give you, our guest!"
The self-proclaimed king's guard said, "We have someone who knows him, so let him meet the guest and see if he wants to come with us."
芙蕾雅家的卫兵回答：“不行！你们还自称是国王的卫兵呢！我们都没有人认识你们。但是我们可以请那位客人在隐秘的地方看看你们，是否愿意跟你们走。”
自称的国王卫兵同意了。
The guards of Freya's house replied, "No way! And you call yourselves the King's guards! None of us know you. But we can ask that guest to look at you in a hidden place to see if he would like to go with you."
The self-proclaimed king's guards agreed.
过了一会儿，佣人来告诉说：“客人不认识他们，不愿意跟他们走。”
自称的国王卫兵立刻大叫：“你们这是在抗拒国王的命令！”他们剑拔弩张，要打起来了。这时，芙蕾雅的丈夫奥德（Odur）听见了吵闹，出来询问。
After a while, the servants came and told, "The guest does not recognize them and does not wish to go with them."
Immediately the self-proclaimed king's guards shouted, "You are resisting king's order!" They were about to fight with swords drawn. At that moment, Freya's husband, Odur, heard the ruckus and came out to inquire.
奥德回答：“我天天都在家里；近些日子，我们家没来客人。”
自称的国王卫兵向奥德请求道：“我们是否可以自己去问问那位佣人的客人，愿意和我们一起去见国王不？”
Odur replied: "I am at home every day; we have no guests in recent days."
The self-proclaimed king's guard asked Odur: "Can we ask the servant's guest if he is willing to go with us to see the king?"
奥德回答：“那当然可以！”
自称的国王卫兵们就要进入后院，芙蕾雅的卫兵立刻挡住了，队长说：“不许进！我都看明白了，我家主人不认识你们！”然后对奥德说：“最近芙蕾雅升官了，我们是奉从国王的命令在保护你们家的人员、财产以及名誉的安全！您和我们都不认识他们，让他们进入有损芙蕾雅的名誉！”
Odur replied, "That's certainly fine!"
The self-proclaimed king's guards were about to enter the backyard when Freya's guards immediately blocked them and the captain said, "No entry! I've seen it all, my master doesn't know you!" Then he said to Odur, "Freya has recently been promoted, and we are under the king's orders to keep your family's people, property, and honor safe! Neither you nor we know them, and it would be detrimental to Freya's honor to let them in!"
奥德叨咕：“芙蕾雅又被提升啦！？她没告诉我呀！”想了一会儿，又叨咕，“也是！最近半年她都被提升十几次了，不新鲜！” 众人都等着他要说什么！叨咕着，他还在想，忽然说，“哎呀！这是小紫蕗德着急在做什么事！哎！我都退休二十多年了。你们依据国家的法律执行公务，不要被我干涉搅乱。”说完，他回后院了。
Odur muttered, "Freya was promoted again!? She didn't tell me!" After thinking for a while, he muttered again, "That's right! She has been promoted more than a dozen times in the past six months, it's nothing new!" Everyone was waiting for what he was going to say! While muttering, he was still thinking, and suddenly said, "Oh! What is Little Thrud anxious to do! Hey! I have been retired for more than 20 years. You perform your duties in accordance with the laws of the country, and don't let me interfere and disrupt you." After that, he went back to the backyard.
芙蕾雅家的卫兵坚持要驱离闯入者；自称的国王卫兵坚持要带走客人，说否则没办法向国王交代。双方僵持不下，剑拔弩张地对持了很长时间。一个人骑马跑了进来，对国王的卫兵说了几句，他们就全部快速离开了。随后，芙蕾雅就回来了。
The guards of Freya's house insisted on driving away the intruders; the self-proclaimed king's guards insisted on taking with the guest, saying that otherwise they would not be able to explain to the king. The two sides were deadlocked and held each other in a tense standoff for a long time. A man rode in and said a few words to the king's guards, and they all left quickly. Then, Freya came back.
卫兵们向芙蕾雅报告了刚才发生的事。芙蕾雅说：“他们是刺客！你们立刻去向国王汇报！”说完，芙蕾雅去后院安抚她丈夫了。
The guards reported to Freya what had just happened. Freya said, "They are assassins! Go and report to the king immediately!" Then, Freya went to the backyard to comfort her husband.
卫兵们经过简单的讨论，选出了四位代表，去王宫。据说第二天早上六点钟，紫蕗德亲自接见了他们，听他们的报告，就说了两句话，“就我可以接他出来！？我不接，若是他打我，我不知道如何反应。”过了一会儿，她又说，“我知道了，你们回去吧。”
After a brief discussion, the guards selected four representatives to go to the palace. It is said that at six o'clock the next morning, Thrud personally met with them, listened to their reports, and said two sentences, "Is it me who can take him out? I won't. If he hits me, I don't know how to react." After a while, she said, "I have known, you may go back."
这四个卫兵感觉国王好像误解他们了，怎么说出了那样的话！？这是他们没说清楚，还是国王没认真听！？欺骗国王是逆罪！几个人走到半路，决定返回去向国王解释清楚。国王的卫兵说，“或许国王是一时走神了，说了那样的话。但在她接见你们之前，我们已经向她简报了你们的事，所以她不会误解你们的案子。你们家里来土匪了，要让我们去和他们打仗。那群土匪都离开半天了，我们去哪里抓他们！”
These four guards felt as if the king had misunderstood them, how did she say something like that! Was it because they didn't make it clear, or because the king wasn't listening! Deceiving king is a Crime of Anti (cf. 13.1.1)! The guards were halfway home when they decided to go back and explain affair to the king again. The king's guards said, "Perhaps the king was momentarily distracted and said something like that. But we briefed her about you before she received you, so she won't misunderstand your case. There are bandits in your house, and you want us to go and fight them. Those bandits have been gone for half a day, where are we going to catch them!"
读者可能会有疑问：紫蕗德（又名磨牙）怎么会想出睚眦（又名埃尔维斯，莫迪）要打她的屁股？紫蕗德自幼学习雷音的羊乘教，跟随父亲雷音制造日耳曼人，知道是她自己把埃尔维斯推进了地狱。
Readers may wonder: how did Thrud (aka Tanngrisnir) come up with the idea that Tanngnjóstr (aka Alviss, Modi) was going to spank her? Thrud has been studying Thor's Goat Vehicle religion since she was a child, following her father Thor to create German, and knows that it was she herself who pushed Alviss to fall into Hell.
怎么睡了几个小时之后，紫蕗德对睚眦的态度就变了呢？四十年前（或说五百四十年前；参见15.3.3节），不到二十岁的芙蕾雅就能做法，让西芙爱上了雷音；作者我认为，对芙蕾雅来说，此时让西芙的女儿紫蕗德爱上雷音的教子睚眦不是一件难事。
How come Thrud's attitude towards Tanngnjóstr changed after a few hours of sleep? 40 years ago (or 540 years ago; see section 15.3.3), Freya, who was less than 20 years old, could “make laws” (perform magics) to make Sif fall in love with Thor. Author, I think it was not difficult for Freya to make Sif's daughter Thrud fall in love with Thor's godson Tanngnjóstr at that time.
据传说，随后几天，芙蕾雅家的周围驻扎了许多兵营，草都被踩死了。
紫蕗德干那事干嘛！？夏娃是个喜欢炫耀的人。紫蕗德的古德语（Þrúðr)）义为力量，那是她在向未婚夫睚眦炫耀她的力量和财富，也是在为制造羊乘教造势。
According to legend, in the following days, around Freya's house, many military camps were stationed, and all the grasses were trampled to death.
Why did Thrud do that? Eve is a showy woman. Thrud (Þrúðr), ancient meaning is strength. That is, she was showing off her power and wealth to her fiancé Tanngnjóstr and building momentum for the creation of the Goat Vehicle religion.
3 石中剑 Sword in the Stone
芙蕾雅从紫蕗德王宫回来的第二天早上，向睚眦（即埃尔维斯）讲述了她和紫蕗德的谈话内容，又对他说：“实际上，雷音用那 ‘三个不可饶恕的诅咒’诅咒了你、紫蕗德、和我，我们三个人。你能和圣鬼搏斗，但当圣鬼袭击她的时候，会很快。她只是感觉一股冷流刺进了心脏，就死了。那时，我们就全完了！我求求你，雷音是个好人，别让他杀死他自己的女儿！”
The morning after Freya returned from the palace of Thrud, she recounted to Tanngnjóstr (i.e., Alviss) what she and Thrud had talked about, and said to him again: "In fact, Thor cursed you, Thrud, and me, the three of us, with those 'Three Unforgivable Curses’. You can wrestle with the holy ghost, but when it attacked her, it would be quick. She just feels a cold current stabbing into her heart, and she dies. At that point, it's all over for us! I beg you, Thor is a good man, don't let him kill his own daughter!"
睚眦意识到了芙蕾雅的说法是正确的：雷音和自己都为此付出十太阳历年的预期寿命，而雷音却不能活着看见他自己一生所做的事业的结果，为此他死不瞑目，所有参与了这件事的，还活着的人都被诅咒了。他放声大哭：“你（雷音）怎么能这么干！” 
Tanngnjóstr realized that Freya is right: both Thor and Tanngnjóstr himself had given ten solar calendar years of life expectancy for this, but Thor would not live to see the results of his own life's work, therefore he died with eyes open, all those who had been involved in this, who were still alive, were cursed. He let out a loud cry, "What have you Thor done!"
睚眦仔细地考虑了之后，对芙蕾雅说：“雷音是众生之福，是我们日耳曼人的万年共产，让他成为上帝是我能够活下来的理由。我愿意把王位作为向紫蕗德求婚的礼物。”
After careful consideration, Tanngnjóstr said to Freya, "Thor is a fortune to all sentient beings, a ten-thousand-year commonwealth of our Germanic people, and to make him a god is the reason I am able to live. I am willing to offer the throne as a gift to Thrud in marriage."
芙蕾雅回答：“既然你这么说了，我认为可以做些更改。紫蕗德是个爱慕虚荣的女人，如果说 ，‘谁能拔出石中剑，谁就是真正的王者’，可能会让她感觉舒服些！？”
睚眦觉得芙蕾雅的建议有道理，同意了。读者可能会有疑问：“拔出石中剑”是什么意思？
Freya replied, "Since you said so, I think some changes can be made. Thrud is a woman who loves vanity, so if we say, 'Whoever can pull out the sword in the stone is the true king', it might make her feel more comfortable!?"
Tanngnjóstr felt that Freya's suggestion made sense and agreed. Readers may wonder: What does "pulling out the sword from the stone" mean?
羊乘教讲述了雷音成为上帝的整个过程。首先他设计了两只山羊睚眦和磨牙，并且通过把他们制造出来来验证他的理论。于是就有了本文15.3《羊乘教》的故事。这个故事包含并解释了全部的自然法，而且雷音称这两个被造出来的真人（即睚眦和磨牙）为日耳曼人，所以又被称作《日耳曼法典》。
Goat Vehicle religion tells the whole process of Thor becoming God. First, he designed two goats, Tanngnjóstr and Tanngrisnir, and verified his theory by making them. So, here we are talking the stories of "Goat Vehicle Teaching". These stories contain and explain all nature laws, and Thor called the two created real man and real woman (i.e. Tanngnjóstr and Tanngrisnir) Germans, so it is also called "German Codex".
故事中雷音引导着睚眦经历了三千大千世界（如图1至22）。睚眦是由三昧真火炼出来的，所以被称作金刚（义为哲学家之石）。火义为思想意识。三昧真火义为四禅天之火，神火，和地狱之火（如图32，33，34）。但是睚眦是图像思维型人，语言能力差，他不能够把这些知识有效地表达出来。而磨牙是文字思维型人，语言和逻辑思维的能力非常强，也是睚眦的缔造者之一，刚好作为《日耳曼法典》的作者之一和主编。这样两人是《法典》的共同作者。睚眦负责基础理论框架；磨牙负责细节分析，把《日耳曼法典》编辑成一部精彩的故事集。这样，如图40所示，两人是双身神（或佛），左面的是磨牙，基于睚眦的骨骼，共同开启维京时代。“维京时代（Viking Age）”，义为“胜利王的时代”。那怎么现代人都认为维京时代是海盗的时代？因为海盗不懂上帝，在他们的眼中，大多数的其他人是海盗，所以“维京时代”就被海盗们腐化成为了“海盗时代”的意义。
In the stories, Thor guided Tanngnjóstr through the Three-Grand worlds (as in Figures 1 to 22). He was refined by the “Three True Fires in the three hidden lands”, so he was called Philosopher's Stone. Fire means mind. The Three True Fires are the fire of the Fourth Meditation, God-fire, and hellfire (cf. figs. 32, 33, and 34). But Tanngnjóstr is an image-thinking type of person with poor language skills, is not able to express this knowledge effectively. Tanngrisnir, on the other hand, was a word-thinking type of person, with a very strong capability of language and logical thinking, and one of Tanngnjóstr's creators, just right to serve as one of the authors and editor-in-chief of the German Codex. The two were thus co-authors of the Codex. Tanngnjóstr was responsible for the underlying theoretical framework; Tanngrisnir was responsible for the detailed analysis and editing of the Germanic Codex into a wonderful collection of stories. Thus, as shown in Figure 40, the two were a two-body God (or Buddha), with Tanngrisnir on the left, based on Tanngnjóstr's skeleton, and together they inaugurated the Viking Age. The term "Viking Age" means "age of the victorious king". Why do modern people think that the Viking Age was the age of pirates? Because pirates do not know God, in their eyes, most of the other people are pirates, so the "Viking Age" has been corrupted by the pirates into the meaning of the "pirate era".
在《日耳曼法典中》有一篇文章名作《到达方舟》，亦作《金刚剑》、《慧剑》、和《金刚》，是割礼和洗礼的工具，是上帝雷音王冠上的明珠，其中的工作大部分是由磨牙来完成的。于是芙蕾雅和睚眦就想出了“谁能拔出石中剑，谁就是真正的王者”这个说法来满足紫蕗德（即磨牙）的虚荣心，来确保睚眦的安全。谁知道呢！？她不会在结婚后的第二天早上，把睚眦的脑袋揪下来；紫蕗德是一位很能打的斗士，三个睚眦合在一起也打不过她。
In the Germanic Codex, there is an article called "Arrival Ark", also known as "The Sword of Philosopher’s Stone", "Gnostic Sword", and "Philosopher’s Stone ", the tool of circumcision and baptism, and the jewel on the Thor’s godly crown, most of the work of which was done by Thrud. So, Freya and Tanngnjóstr came up with the saying, "Whoever can pull out the Sword in the Stone is the true king" to satisfy the vanity of Thrud, and to ensure the safety of Tanngnjóstr. Who knows! She wouldn't have pulled Tanngnjóstr's head off the morning after their consummation; she is such a good fighter that three Tanngnjóstrs together couldn't beat her.

Illustration 39 shows the lid of the coffin of Pakal the Great in the seventh century CE. The relief shows that Godfather of Tlaloc thrust a sharp sword or cross into his abdomen, so that he fell into hell and became a Jaguar (i.e., a Lion King, a Buddha). This sword or cross represents the Four Cruxes (cf. Chapters 13 through 16 of this book). In their culture, the Ark of Arrival is the "dried maize on the cob" (as shown in Figure 4), which corresponds to the Buddhist “food of intent and Mean (see Section 11.5).
