非洲缺少一般的基础设施，能源，交通，通讯网！这些都是硬件，不可或缺的。非洲缺少其它大陆文明所具备的一般条件，医疗，卫生，教育，商业等等. 所以要把非洲大陆建设成像其他大陆那样的文明水准，是需要很多很多的资金投入，是需要花很多的努力，来建设的，要花很多时间心血，来提高民众的文化知识精神素养的。我想一定有人会去非洲大陆，对各方面进行分析和研究，比如说，矿产的存贮量，开采容易度，品质。比如，气候，环境，土壤，以及适合栽种的庄稼。还有可以作为城市的定居点，港口，交通枢纽等等。然后以全球的市场为背景，以现有的产业做基础，规划在非洲土地上不同地区，可以有的产业和相对应的市场，以及如何改造提高，扩大既有的产业。

Then take the global market as the background, take the existing industry as the foundation, plans in the African land different area, may have the industry and the corresponding market, as well as how transforms enhances, expands the existing industry.
