当然俄国和以色列可以捷足先登。美国好莱坞是犹太人把持的影视中心。中东可以接触到欧洲亚洲非洲各种文化，自己又拥有悠久的历史。俄国愿意和以色列合作在那儿建立影视中心吗？以色列所在的中东地区以及周围的伊斯兰国家，没有一个系统的艺术音乐教育的网。可是当地有很高级的音乐，俄国愿意和以色列合作，建立起针对当地的音乐教学模式网吗？俄国可以和以色列合作，建立中东地区的医疗, 养老, 旅游, 冬季避寒办公场所吗？俄国也可以和以色列合作，设立提供粮食基地，以色列就不用花很大的代价，在沙漠中发展农业，而只要更多注重在蔬果业。俄国有很多的矿石宝石，中东阿拉伯南亚地区对珠宝有大量的需求，可以和以色列合作，引进南亚等人才，发展首饰珠宝业。俄罗斯也可以和以色列合作，发展套餐式旅游业，就像上次我们去土耳其和俄国联游。

In the Middle East Israel  and its surrounding Islamic countries,  do not have a systematic network of art and music education. But there is very advanced music. Are Russia and Israel willing to work together to establish a local music teaching model network? Can Russia work with Israel to establish a cold winter shelter for Medicare tourism in the Middle East? Russia could help Israel to setup food base, so that Israel would not have to pay high cost to develop agriculture in the desert, but simply focus more on the fruit and vegetable industry. Russia has a lot of ore gemstones, the Middle East and Arab South Asia region has a large number of jewelry demands, can Russia cooperate with Israel, introduce of South Asia and other talent, to develop of jewelry and jewelry industry? Russia can also work with Israel to develop package tourism, like last time we went to Turkey and Russia as One trip.
