俄以合作. 俄国开发黑海沿岸 Russian-Israeli cooperation. Russian Black Sea development 
今天你要我讲，俄国和以色列合作，俄国开发黑海沿岸。犹太人最头脑灵活聪明了，只要有什么投资机会, 总是跑在前面。以色列有良好的地理位置,连接欧亚非。俄国最南边也只有到黑海。可是俄国可以和以色列合作，开发地中海东岸和红海地区。我觉得这个地区，地中海东岸，黑海红海，中东地区，阿拉伯半岛应该先有一个总体的规划。首先看如何供应能源，怎么建电力供应网！然后看如何解决供水，前个月阿拉伯半岛发洪水，看如何在干旱沙漠地区实施人工降雨，建蓄水设施，植树造林建成向尼罗河沿岸那样。然后再规划基础设施，公路铁路网，城市建设社区规划。还要优化选择产业，看那些产业比较适合当地条件，会有好的经济效益。只有这样大规模的整体规划，这个地区才能真正的繁华起来。


Today you asked me to talk about Russian-Israeli cooperation and Russia's development of the Black Sea coast. The Jews are the smartest and the cleverest, and they are always ahead of the times when it comes to any investment opportunities. Israel is in a good position to connect Eurasia and Africa. Russia is as far south as the Black Sea. However Russia could work with Israel to develop eastern Mediterranean shore and  Red Sea. I think this area,  eastern shore of  Mediterranean,  Black Sea and, Red Sea, the Middle East, Arabian Peninsula, should have a top level master plan. First, look at how to supply energy, how to build power supply network! Then look at how to provide water supply.  Arabian Peninsula flooded the previous month, see how to implement artificial rainfall in arid desert areas, to establish water storage facilities, to complete afforestation  as the Nile River. Then plan infrastructure, road and rail network, urban construction community. It is also necessary to optimize the selection of industries and see what industries are more suitable for local conditions and will have good economic benefits. Only with such a large-scale overall planning, the area can be truly up prosperous.
