社会上有很多现有的资源和机会掌握在特别部门手里，他们在分配资源的时候所考虑的超乎你的能力学历背景因素  There are many existing resources and opportunities in the hands of special departments in the society. They consider factors that exceed your ability and academic background when allocating resources.

亲爱的主席，88，如果你们这些世界级的领袖能够组成一个圈儿，就像娱乐圈那样，就可以不时地分享一些讯息资源搞活动，甚至每年开一个私底下非正式的，“金像奖”那样的颁奖典礼，给每年最出风采的政治人士. 这是国际政治界的诺贝尔奖，哈哈哈 前几天看到一副画，一个深陷低处困境中的人向上伸出手求助，而上边，顶端边缘有人依着墙壁也把手往下伸，试图勾着下边人的手. 可是在顶端，边上下面人看不到的地方，却明明白白横着一架未用的长梯子. 而那往下伸的手也是明明白白的，a hand who feed you .... 本能告诉我，Jackie可能入不了Troy school,  因为有人觉得她已经有特別教育了吧. 在这个社会上，有很多现有的资源和机会，比如成功的机会，入学升迁的机会，工作的机会. 而很多时候，并不是因为你努力了，你出类拔萃了，就能够得到这些机会的. 这些资源掌握在特别部门手里，他们在分配资源的时候所考虑的问题，超乎你的能力学历背景因素. 所以我想如果Jackie入不了Troy,  又如何呢？关键是，那些手上有资源的，将来会眷顾Jackie吗？在所有的社会里，华裔最关注的是接受好的教育，入好学校. 但是毕业了人生才开始，整个社会的资源却不在华裔手里. 这也是中国人在海外困难的原因，也是现在90%以上留学生学完了回国的原因.

In all societies, the Chinese people are most concerned about receiving a good education and entering a good school. However, after graduation, life really begins, and the resources of the entire society are not in the hands of the Chinese people. This is also the reason why Chinese people have difficulty living abroad, and it is also the reason why more than 90% of international students now return home after finishing their studies.
