原标题:结合产业需求在应用场景中搞研发哈工大如何将科研成果转化为“重庆造”产品


发展新质生产力,需要及时将科技创新成果应用到具体的产业上。怎样走通从科技创新到产业应用的道路,让原创性、颠覆性科技创新成果走出实验室,走进生产一线?


位于两江协同创新区明月湖畔的哈尔滨工业大学重庆研究院,落户3年来,重点围绕汽车与新能源、智能化装备、新材料、信息技术和应急环保五大领域汇聚了15支科研团队,将一批又一批科技创新成果成功转变为“重庆造”技术和产品。


近日,记者来到哈尔滨工业大学重庆研究院(以下简称研究院),打探从创新成果到产业应用的转变过程。


把来流变成动力系统散热的“风扇”


氢动力无人机“青鸥”最长续航时间达9小时


在研究院2楼的实验室里,记者见到了研究院研发的青鸥30B氢动力复合翼无人机。它有流线型的纤细机身,平直的双翼,显得很轻盈。


不过,这台外表轻盈的无人机,却具备强大的实力:最长续航9小时,最大载荷7千克。经持续飞行测试,其续航时间可达到同等级锂电池无人机的3—4倍。在输电线路、石油管道巡检等场景中具有很大优势。

研发团队相关负责人介绍,相较于传统的锂电池,氢燃料电池重量更轻,更适合用于无人机。但开发用于长续航无人机的航空氢动力系统,有两个难点:其一,要在不增加电池重量的情况下,尽可能提高电量利用率;其二,无人机在飞行过程中,可能会有悬停、投放物资等动作,动力系统的功率会发生波动,极易造成能量浪费。


换言之,如果不攻克这两个难点,氢动力无人机产业化的路就走不通。怎么办?研发团队选择到应用场景中去寻找。

第一个难点的破题思路就源于来流——从飞行的角度来看,来流是阻力;但从节能的角度来看,来流还可以是用于散热的“风扇”!


经过精细计算后,研发团队在青鸥30B的机头迎风位置开了一个椭圆形的气窗,让来流进入机头内部,通过管道,对安装在机头中的氢动力系统进行冷却。


如此一来,就形成了进气/散热一体化航空氢动力系统结构,使得动力系统的功率重量比大幅提高。在电量不变的情况下,为无人机提供了更长的续航能力。


第二个难点的解法,则是在青鸥30B上采用混动系统。即主电池采用氢燃料电池,同时配备一块较小的锂电池,作为电量“蓄水池”。在电量充裕时,锂电池可以储备能量;在电量不足时,锂电池则反过来为氢燃料电池补能。

这对电池“搭档”结合研发团队的能量管理技术,让青鸥30B“身轻如燕”又行动敏捷:虽然它是一架翼展超过4.2米的大块头无人机,但能量管理模块仅有一本书那么大。起飞时,它的系统能量输出功率从0%提升到100%,仅需1秒。


目前,青鸥30B已经进入量产阶段。


以“大力出奇迹”克服枝晶难题


宽温区高安全凝胶固态电池不惧穿刺、弯折和剪切


如果说青鸥30B抓住了低空经济的风口,那么,研究院的另一款研发成果则是紧紧对标智能网联新能源汽车产业——宽温区高安全凝胶固态电池。


其中,“宽温区”指的是电池可以在零下40℃至80℃的环境中工作,并通过了黑龙江漠河的实地极寒测试;“高安全”则是指电池在被穿刺、弯折、剪切时,本体不起火、不冒烟、不发生热失控。


并且,这款电池还具有大倍率充放电能力,峰值放电倍率可达5C。电池可应用于大型动力系统的高功率发电,也可以实现新能源汽车快充,经测试,它仅需5分钟就能为主流品牌新能源汽车续航上百公里路程。

这样一款“全能型”电池,背后还是原创性科技创新。一方面,电池采用无溶剂法制备固态电极技术和原位一体化制备电芯技术,可兼容现有锂离子电池制造工艺,大幅减少制造成本;同时采用凝胶化技术,能够有效防止电解液泄漏。


不过,研发团队当初同样遇到了技术难题:传统锂电池的负极大多使用石墨材料,而宽温区高安全凝胶固态电池负极使用金属锂材料,能量密度是石墨理论能量密度的10倍。


可是金属锂有一个缺点:太“好动”。在电池供电的过程中,锂离子会在电池正负极之间来回“乱跑”并彼此“抱团”,凝固成树枝状的结晶,术语称为“枝晶”。而枝晶会刺破电池的电解质隔膜,造成电池短路。


对此,研发团队做了大量试验,最终将破题关键锁定在电池隔膜材料上。他们研发了高强度机械性能的电解质隔膜,用“大力出奇迹”的方式,压制电池内部枝晶的生长,使其无法刺破隔膜。


“通俗地说,电解质膜更‘耐造’,电池也更‘皮实’。”研发团队相关负责人介绍,经过第三方检测,这款电池已具备了可以应用的实力。目前,电池处于小试线试制及验证、中试线建设阶段,电池模组作为人形机器人的动力电池已完成两批次交付。


研发紧扣实际需求


将培育新质生产力落到服务地方产业升级发展上


“从2020年落户以来,我们就秉承科教产一体化的发展思路。我们认为,新质生产力要落地,核心还是服务地方产业升级发展。”哈尔滨工业大学重庆研究院副院长柯瑞表示,作为新型研发机构,研究院致力于服务产业化,特别是把原创性、颠覆性创新成果进行产业转化。


目前,哈尔滨工业大学重庆研究院有职工300多人,其中核心团队40余人,包括两院院士5名、国家级人才15人,教授级专家30人,具有博士及副高级职称以上103人。研究院招收的第一届研究生也将于今年9月入学。并且,依托研究院成立的明月湖·紫丁香科创园已经孵化科技型企业约100家,年产值过亿元。
