英国伦敦招聘 HR Officer
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support, such as prepare attendance report and salary calculations etc.- Responsible for recruitment and selection process such as posting job advertisement, organising interviews, liaising with candidates and sourcing references and online checks ahead of interviews- Supporting and assisting in Human Resources initiatives and projects- Responsible for the production of offer letters, references, right to work checks, DBS checks, contracts and equal opportunities statistics.- Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline- 2-3 years or above of proven experience in an HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK- Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written- Ability to manage your own workload- Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll- Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy- Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
