Import Logistics Coordinator 

compensation: $12 - $15 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with vendors regarding import and export of frozen seafood

• Develop sales strategies, while managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation both pre-sale and post-sale

• Broker shipping and maintain contact with shipping company to ensure deadlines of deliver and shipments are met
• Prepare and follows up on sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for client(s) and company.
• Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client's needs, cost and time restraints.
• Responsible for maintaining sales records as a basis for reports to the executive management team. 
• Place orders, maintain good relationship with vendors.
• Additional job duties/responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent organizational, administrative, time management and communication skills. Ability to deliver high standards of customer service. Competent in MS Office suite.
