政治权力合法性有三种  There are three kinds of legality of political power.

 

你们再让我讲川普和希拉里. 首先我要特别感谢你们，像我这样对政治无知的人，这些天居然会热切地找一些政治方面的书来看，而且居然开悟不少！你们的功劳大大的！说错了别笑话我哈！上次看美国人韦伯说世界上的政治权力合法性有三种，一种是长老家长制，比如说部落首领，家族世袭皇权，王权，龙子龙孙毫无疑问是继承王位的. 如果皇帝没有孩子，家族里找也要找一个出来. 为什么呢？因为生产力落后，统治是要凝聚人心的，是要对社会加以控制的，能够在社会中有如此大的统治结构网的，只有大家族，才会拥有行政权. 而皇帝国王的子孙们, 从小就拥有这个资源，理所当然继承当家长统治者权力！再有就是以领袖魅力获得权力，比如说拿破仑，毛泽东，还有那些政治强人们. 再有就是通过法理社会选举出来的，比如说近年来的总统们. 我心里却不这么认为.

If I say something  wrong, please don't laugh at me! Last time I saw American Weber said that there are three kinds of legal power in the world. One is the elders' patriarchal system. For example, the tribal leader, the family hereditary imperial power, the royal power, and the Emperor’s siblings are undoubtedly inherited from the throne. If the emperor had no children, look for one in the family. Why? Because thenproductivity was backward, rule was to unite people's hearts. It was to control society. Only those who have such a large ruling structure in society will have administrative power. The descendants of the imperial empire, from childhood owning this resource, it is natural to inherit the power of the parent ruler! Then there are leaders who have leadership charm togain power, such as Napoleon, Mao Zedong, and those politically strong people. Then there are elections through the jurisprudence, such as the presidents of recent years. Yet, I don’t think so.

 

我觉得上面的权力合法性，就是指这个政治权力的结构怎么产生领导人. 从人类历史的发展，可以很清晰地看见，领袖在整个一个政治结构中的分量和影响力，随着政治结构, 社会结构的完善，个人行政权力所佔百分比是越来越小了，而文化, 精神, 娱乐方面的影响力却不断开发出来，应该说这个社会越来越成熟，进步， 文明了吧！生产力不够，就要靠权威人士，长老等，来引领众人才能够治理. 中国的封建社会，欧洲的国王，或以后的君主立宪，都有一套官僚体制和皇权王权相结合. 因为社会复杂了，促进封建权力机构和官僚体制建立起来了，个人的作用受到政府体制的支持和约束. 因为生产力发展社会复杂化了，光靠一个人或一个家族的影响力来管理, 是远远不够的. 随着生产力的发展，管理手段的先进，政府机构可以有一整套的合理规划，一整套的法律国家机器. 资本主义的发展让个人的权利增加了，资本主义的人文思想上帝面前人人平等，超出这个权力机构以外的超级权力, 一点一点式微，所以领导人是从选举而产生，当然也可以是指定的，只要他有能力胜任！

 

I think the above power legitimacy refers to how the structure of this political power produces leaders. From the development of human history, it can be clearly seen that the weight and influence of leaders in a whole political structure, along with the political structure, along with the improvement of social structure, the percentage of personal administrative power is getting less and less, and the influence of culture, spirit and entertainment has been continuously developed. Because the society is complicated, the promotion of feudal powers and bureaucracy has been established, and the role of individuals has been supported and constrained by the government system. Because the productive development and society complication, it is not enough to rely on the influence of one person or one family to manage. The development of productivity and the advanced management methods, government agencies can have a complete set of rational planning, a set of legal state machines. The development of capitalism has increased the rights of individuals. The humanistic thinking of capitalism is  everyone equal in front of God. Super power outside the organization, little by little, so the leader is elected from the election, of course, can also be designated, as long as he is capable and competent!

 

顶层领袖，在一个政体里只有一个，他起着凝聚人心使众人仰望的功能，所以他一定要有家族的支持，比如肯尼迪的家族，布什家族. 也可以有个人魅力，为人表率，比如周恩来严于律己，比如克林顿潇洒风流，滔滔口才，毛主席文人豪迈，普京男子汉气概，习主席您体格魁梧，也可以有超凡才能，才华横溢，王主任满腹经纶，或象艺人那样的相貌，才艺，会弹吉他等等！我的才能，在于我知道你们的兴奋点（发光点）在哪里，而且顽童似地想去touch，使之发光发热，let you shine ! 眨眨眼睛，是不是？觉得有时候你们团队脑子不开窍！ 现在的美国政府运作，美国总统有多大的影响力，你看过去八年奥巴马做了哪些由他个人力挽狂澜, 意义深远的事吗？有那一件不是他后面的政府机构，智囊集团替他出谋划策的？是不是他在白宫晚宴时做段子手更受人欢迎？更令人印象深刻？有没有他，政府照样运转，但只是是少一个人性认同的形象罢了！所以川普和希拉里，如果要讲上面这些影响力，谁更出色一些呢？


The top leader, there is only one in a polity, he plays the role of rallying people and making everyone look up, so he must have family support, such as Kennedy's family, Bush family. He can also have personal charm, set an example. For example, Zhou Enlai is strict with himself, such as Clinton's  eloquent, Chairman Mao's literary heroic, Putin's manly temperament, President Xi is physically burly, and you have extraordinary capability and talents. Director Wang is full of knowledge, or looks like an entertainer, talented, playing guitar and so on!  My talent is that I know where your excitement point (soft point) is, and urchin wants to touch, make it glow, let you shine! Blink my eyes, isn't it? I feel that sometimes your team's mind is not open! Now that the US government is operating, how much influence does the US president have? How do you see what Obama has done in the past eight years by his personal efforts to turn the tide and far-reaching things? Is there a government agency behind him, and the think tank group has advised for him? Was it more popular for him when he was doing a talk show at the White House dinner? More impressive? With or without him, the government still works, but it is just missing an image of  human identity! So Trump and Hillary, if you want to talk about their influences, who is better?
