We are writing to you to confirm that order information from your account was part of a recent data security incident at Weee! that occurred on February 6th, 2023, when a third party gained unauthorized access to information on orders placed between July 12, 2021 and July 12, 2022. The exposed information includes name, address, email address, phone number, order number, order amount and order comments.
We would like to reassure you that no payment data (credit/debit card detail) was exposed as we do not retain any customer payment information in our databases.
We can also confirm that your account password was not compromised. However, in keeping with standard security best practices we do recommend that you regularly change your account password.
