我觉得应该把欧洲区亚洲区按照不同的经济带和文化特色，建造不同的文化背景建筑风格的居住小区，商业区！ 伊斯坦布尔有那个地区最大的商业中心大巴扎，但大多数卖的都是当地的手工艺品和食品。我觉得应该在城市各处建立专门的大的商场，有特别卖各类服装，鞋帽装饰品，皮包首饰，等等。有特别卖家具，电器，电脑等各种电子产品轻工业品的。有特别大商场卖天南海北的各种食品，副食品香料，调味品等等.当然，还有大商场特别卖五金产品，房屋建造材料器材，等等。应该建立很多大型的仓库，并象拉斯维加斯这样建立展览中心，每年不同时候，邀请国内和世界各地的厂商，举行各种各样的展销会。因为会有欧洲的亚洲的非洲的商家来参加展销会订货。
