要知道中文翻译成英文，英文翻译成中文，在很多时候，都会由于语言的限制，不能完全把意思翻译出来，
想读唐诗宋词，你只能以中文为本，英文翻译那就是一坨屎
想了解美国宪法第一修正案，就只能以英文为本，结合上下文理解，揪着中文翻译的一个词汇扯皮，那就是低智商的文盲，出国这么多年了，还天天只能看中文资料，也是够丢脸的。
第一修正案里所谓的【国教】an establishment of religion，那是中文的蹩脚翻译，
注意⚠️，这里的英文原文，是一句话，意思是对任何宗教，法律上不褒不贬，不阻止民众自由选择去信仰任何宗教。
（ prevents the government from making laws that regulate an establishment of religion, or that prohibit the free exercise of religion）
不能当成两个句子来翻译，什么不设立【国教】，保障宗教自由，那是失真的翻译
因为欧洲很多宗教有排他性，就算同根同源也要死磕，比如基督教和天主教，互相看对方是傻逼，恨不得掐死对方😂
英文原版资料写得很清楚，杰佛逊总统起草第一修正案时，专门回答了Danbury Baptists，对于这方面的担忧。
所以简单的以【国教】来片面理解美国宪法第一修正案，那就是没文化的傻逼，旅居国外的土鳖😂

按照英文原版的解释，中国绝大多数朝代都符合第一修正案的宗教信仰自由，国家没有因为某个单一的宗教，去阻碍民众的宗教信仰自由，和是否设立【国教】无关。
比如唐朝，国教为道教，可是在不同的时期佛教反而最为昌盛，反压了【国教】，同时祆教、景教、摩尼教和伊斯兰教也都能相对自由地发展，这和欧洲迫害异教徒的黑暗氛围极端不同，根本就不需要类似美国第一修正案来画蛇添足。
举个例子，美国宪法第13修正案才废除了奴隶制，这别说世界领先了，简直他妈的拖世界历史的后腿，咱们中国汉朝王莽时期就废除奴隶制了，我就不理解美国宪法修正案这彩虹屁对于某些奴才来说怎么就这么香？
所以啊，没文化，不了解历史，看不懂英文，就别和火腿哥瞎抬杠，只能自取其辱😂

The precise meaning of the Establishment Clause can be traced back to the beginning of 19th century. Thomas Jefferson wrote about the First Amendment and its restriction on Congress in an 1802 reply to the Danbury Baptists,[29] a religious minority that was concerned about the dominant position of the Congregational church in Connecticut, who had written to the newly elected president about their concerns. Jefferson wrote back:
Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, and not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof", thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Adhering to this expression of the supreme will of the nation in behalf of the rights of conscience, I shall see with sincere satisfaction the progress of those sentiments which tend to restore to man all his natural rights, convinced he has no natural right in opposition to his social duties.[30]
