美国的教育制度，小学初中孩子几乎没有多少家庭作业，有很多的时间做户外运动。小孩子生理的发展，如果一开始，学习音乐，艺术舞蹈，对他们的脑子，身体形态，以及气质，艺术感，道德感都非常有帮助，以后无论学什么都比较容易。学音乐的孩子数学好，学数学也应该是从小时候一步一步培养训练出来的。我觉得这世界上无论哪个地方，小孩子都应该先学习音乐艺术舞蹈。要让一部分有天赋的孩子收到特别的训练。同时，人类社会第四产业，也就是创新研发，是需要头脑特别聪明的孩子从事这一方面的. 其他的第一第二第三产业，可以根据全球的市场需求和将来的产业发展前途，按比例地分派人才，培养和进入不同的行业。就文化产业来说，美国这边大学有东亚研究，中东文化研究，凭本能我觉得不会有什么大成就，就好像鱼儿离开了水，不会长久，不会辉煌。根深叶茂的大树是因为从土壤里汲取营养水分，这些文化人才应该是散布在世界各地的当地文化的土壤里。制造业理工科软件系统设计，这些人才应该不止在相关的大学专业学习，而应该去世界各地的生产产业链不同单位实习。如果是做社会科学的，国际政治的，世界管理，应该从小就有机会全世界旅行，深入了解各国的历史，文化，制度，地理，人口组成，主要产业等等，不必有很深入的数学生物物理化学。如果是做高科技的大数据处理人工智能，那需要有很好的数学背景，以及软件，通讯系统，网络技术背景！以后的人才培养，一个是广度的知识背景，一个是深度的知识背景，都需要一生的时间来积累获取有关的知识和技能。所以将来的教育系统应该是在全球范围内，为社会的需要而设计规划的！现在不同国家的教育系统，可能培养适合这些国家所需人才，美国孩子运动比较多，所以身体比较健康，肌肉强壮，身材高大，这些人做销售员，娱乐明星，政治人物，体育健将，不是挺好吗？可是你看微软的印度裔CEO, 还有古怪精灵的Jackie, 不也挺适合的吗？所以现在全球化，应该在全球范围，把所有的教学资源都综合起来，看怎么能够优化资源，用适合的教育方式培养各种人才，好好培养下一代。
