中国应该想办法提高人口素质。

中国应该多想点办法怎么样提高人口的素质  China should think more about how to improve the quality of the population


上次我说到对中国有什么想法,当然有,说出来可能很冒昧中国是个人口大国,我今天网上看见国家鼓励生二胎,心里不以为然因为素质差的二胎,所拉动的市场,只是基本的刚性需求是人的衣食住行,吃饭穿衣最低消费在美国也就买车买房子贵一般二手车1000左右也可以买到,住房吗租一单间也不贵但是如果有更高的精神文化需要,需要电脑,需要其他的设备,那就是奢华了但是价值创造力也提高了中国是不是更应该提高人口的素质,上海2000万人挤在那么一个小地方,瑞典整个国家才900万人,看看他们整个国家的工业布局中国应该多想点办法怎么样提高人口的素质.  美国是一个文化的大杂烩,虽然只有几亿人,但是为了支持美国的国际化,文化的多样性,在这样的人口基数下国家还是很有创意地引进了不同的衣食住行,比如在饮食上,就专门创立了不同文化背景的快餐连锁店网,至少孩子们可以吃到披萨,熊猫快餐,日本寿司,Taco饼,等代表不同文化的饮食这边也设立了不同的文化区域,比如小东京,越南城,韩国城等等如果有人有兴趣领略那边的文化,到那逛逛就成因为有这样子的群众基础,所以世界各地的货物可以投放到美国的市场,世界各国的精英就可以往来美国生活,因为这样子的人流物流,让美国国际化,现代化,up to date, 把美国和世界各地紧密联系起来中国也可以这么做,因为中国已经有那么多的人,而且又有巨大的购买力中国的内地文化市场,还是很单一的,连各种少数民族的文化也不是那么地提倡的,最近好一点我不知道是中国的文化宣传策略,还是因为长期封闭对外界文化缺少一种价值判断力流行文化中国年轻人比较追随美国和韩国在我们看来是轻飘飘的风我觉得中国应该开放互联网,我觉得中国的内地应该有意识地把各种文化产品先投放进市场,对市场进行耕耘.有很多偏远地区他们有自己的特色文化产品,比如一家一户的餐馆,卖只有他们才能做的食物,比如采之斋的鲜肉月饼,门口人要排一两个小时队,一天只能做有限的销售,即使名声在外,能吃到的也就是当地这些消费者还有一些食物并不精致,如那些蒸花馍,因为没有其他的特产,所以被保留了下来只有大城市才能够在特别的商店见到少数国外来的东西.

Because of this mass base, goods from all over the world can be put on the American market , the elites of countries around the world can travel to and from the United States. Because of this flow of people and logistics, the United States is internationalized, modernized, up to date, and the United States is closely linked with the rest of the world. China can also do this because China already has so many people, and it has huge purchasing power. China ’s mainland cultural market is still very singuler, and even the cultures of various ethnic minorities are not so much advocated. Recently, it’s getting better. I don't know if it is China's cultural propaganda strategy or because of the long-term closed-up lack of a value judgment on external culture.  Chinese young people follow the US and South Korean pop culture more. In our eyes it is like wind blowing in the air. I think China should open Internet, I think the Chinese mainland should consciously put various cultural products into the market first and cultivate the market. There are many remote areas where they have their own unique cultural products, such as a one-house restaurant that sells food that only they can make, such as "Chai Zhizhai" fresh meat moon cakes, and people line up at the door for an hour or two, one day They can only make limited sales. Even if "Zhai Zhizhai" is famous, the local consumers can eat it. There are some foods that are not exquisite, such as those steamed scallions, because there are no other local specialties, so they are preserved. Only big The city was able to see a few foreign things in special shops.
